All of these methods are lovely and all of them take a bit of time. What’s an easier way to reinvigorate something spotted? Patches!
I’ve been thinking of them lately as stickers for my clothes and there are a lot of fun ones around.

Camo printed patches meant for outdoor gear from No-So.
Neon patches from Day Dream society. Would look so cute crawling up a lil kids clothes!
A rose from the truly incredible www.sequinappliques.com, one of the best websites on this here internet. Shout-out to Natalie, who introduced me to it. Purveyor of many nouns in sequin applique form.
A set of face patches from Etsy. Etsy has a LOT of cool patches for sale & I don’t say that only because they pay my week-day salary.
The patches Paula makes for her whole class out of scrap fabric. I ordered a few patches to start playing around & next want to dive into making my own patches like my hero Paula (and like my cool sister-in-law Simone).
Oh those bug ones are so cute. I bought some great chain stitched patches from an Austin based small brand at a craft fair in December that are so cool, haven’t found the right thing to put them on quite yet
